Randy Fahr

Randy Fahr has over 30 years experience in the employee group benefits industry and has held senior roles within Canada's three largest insurers.  Randy has extensive experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, establishing strategic direction, budget development, policy formulation, guiding global teams to achieve organizational goals, innovation in products and processes, continuous improvement, and leading superior customer service.  

 

Randy is married, has 2 children, has lived and worked in Kitchener for over 20 years, has been a long-time volunteer with the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association and enjoys traveling the world.  Randy also volunteers in various roles at Grand River Hospital's main campus.
