Ryan Grilli

Ryan is a management professional with experience spanning strategic operations, consulting, and executive support in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. In his current role at Novo Nordisk, he partners with senior leadership to drive key initiatives, streamline operations, and enhance organizational performance.

Previously, Ryan worked as a Consultant at IQVIA, where he helped expand the firm’s strategic consulting practice and supported major data-driven projects to improve brand performance. He also serves as Director of Finance for the Grand River Hospital Volunteer Association, overseeing a multimillion-dollar operating budget and guiding financial strategy.

Ryan holds a Master of Management in Applied Science (Global Health) from Western University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from McMaster University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and travel, and is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
